When I was a preschooler, I loved the classic film Mary Poppins. The song Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious was my favorite! It was indeed the biggest word I’d ever heard and I desperately wanted to learn how to spell it! The words atrocious and precocious were also new to me. Being introduced to new words and concepts at an early age was exciting! Each word sparked a new adventure.
